Reset Your Password
To reset your password, perform the following steps:
1. On the Zenwork xForce Sign In page, click Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address in the Email box.
3. Click Continue.
4. On the Email Verification page, enter the OTP received to your email address.
5. (Optional) Click Resend OTP if you have not received it.
6. Click Verify.
The New Password page appears.
7. Enter the new password in the Enter New Password box.
8. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password box.
9. Click Reset Password.
The confirmation message appears on the screen.
10. Click Continue.
The Sign In page appears.
11. Enter the email address and the new password in the respective boxes.
12. Click Sign In.
The Password has been reset successfully.
